Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 11, 2011 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Church Point for Wilma S. Hundley,86, the former Wilma Francis Sattler. Mrs. Hundley, a native and long-time resident of Church Point, died at 6:15 A.M. Wednesday, March 9 at her daughter's residence in Eunice, La. Father Brad Guillory will conduct the services with interment following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Highway 35 north of Church Point.

Survivors include two sons, Barry Anthony Hundley and wife Betty and Charles Hundley-all of Opelousas, La.; two daughters, Frances Hundley of Eunice, La. and Carol Lavergne and husband Melvin of Ville Platte, La.; a brother, Herman Sattler of Houston, Tex.; two sisters, Cora Comeaux of Houma, La. and Lenora Bergeron of Richard, La.; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Hundley and her parents, Willie and Louise Guidry Sattler.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 10 and continue from 8:00 A.M. Friday until the time of the services.

A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday by Fr. Guillory.
