Church Point, La. A Public Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, La. for Rocky Paul Courville, 61. Mr. Courville, a native and long-time resident of rural St. Landry Parish near Church Point, died Monday morning, October 26 at his residence. Disposition and any further remembrance will be determined by family.

Survivors include the mother of his children, Sabrina Courville of Scott, La.; three sons, Nathan Jok Courville of Scott, Nicholas Courville and Alex Grant Courville and companion Sherra--all of Church Point--and a grandson, Jansen Thibodeaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eudice and Lydia Smith Courville.

A devoted family man, Mr. Courville's hobby was watching his son, Alex, play hockey.
