Funeral Services will be held on July 6, 2013 in Manchester, Vt. for Richard Thomas Smith, 92. Mr. Smith, a native of Manchester and a Coast Guard veteran, was currently a resident of rural St. Landry parish near Church Point. He died at 5:10 A.M. Wednesday, June 26 at his residence. Interment will be in the Factory Point Cemetery in Manchester following the services.
Survivors include a daughter, Allison Stelly of Church Point and extended family and friends in Vermont.
