A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point for Regina Kay Vice, 54, the former Regina Kay Fore. Ms. Vice, a long-time resident of Church Point, died at 9:40 P.M. Monday, January 9 at Lafayette Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, La. Pastor Micah Merrell will conduct the service with disposition of the remains to be determined by the family.

Survivors include her mother, Relda Bullard and stepfather Donald of Church Point; two sons, Mario Vice of Abbeville, La. and Jordan Vice of Lafayette; a daughter, Andrea Willis and husband Robert of Alexandria, La.; an aunt, Betty Bullard and husband Jim of Church Point; two uncles, Rastus Fore of Strong, Ark. and Everette Murray of Nacogdoches, Tex. and two grandchildren, Aeden Scarborough and Rusten Willis.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Saturday.
