Church Point, LA:     A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, LA for Rachel Marie Roberie, 50. Ms. Roberie, currently a resident of Church Point, died Saturday evening, October 12 at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, LA. Deacon Byrne Winn will conduct the service and the interment will follow at a later date.

Survivors include her mother, Violet Janise Roberie of Church Point; her brothers, Scotty Roberie and wife Vickie of Church Point and Joey Roberie and wife Anna of Pasadena, TX; her nieces, Shawna Viator, Bella Trevino and Brittany, Juliette, Audria-Clair, Isabella, Anna and Ava Violet Roberie and her great-nieces, Kloe and Avery Viator. She was preceded in death by her father, Emery Roberie; her maternal grandparents, Percy and Rose Faul Janise and her paternal grandparents, Emery Roberie, Sr. and Edna Vidrine Roberie.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the services on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 1:30 P.M. by Deacon Winn. Truly loved, she will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends; especially Kriss Thibodeaux, Krystal Faul and Krystal's children, Chole, Addison and Lucas, who called her "Grammy".
