Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, May 19, 2012 at St. Edward Catholic Church in Richard, La. for Phyllis Bourque, 50, the former Phyllis Joan Doucet. Ms. Bourque, a native of Rayne, La. and currently a resident of Branch, La., died at 8:45 P.M. Wednesday, May 16 at Summerwood Nursing Home in Crowley, La. Father Wayne Duet will conduct the services with interment following in the St. Edward cemetery adjacent to the church.

Survivors include her mother, Lima (Labbie) Doucet of Branch; a son, Jordan Berza and wife Ashley Claire of Crowley; two daughters, Ashley Berza and Jasmyn Bourque of Branch; her brothers, Patrick Doucet of Branch, Brent Doucet of Broussard, La. and Jason Doucet of Cocoa, Fla.; a sister, Mona Daigle of Branch and three grandchildren, Jada, Brooklyn and Anna Lee Berza.

She was preceded in death by her father, Hilton Doucet; her first husband, Allen Lee Berza and her paternal and maternal grandparents.

The family requested that visiting hours begin at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 18 and continue uninterrupted until the time of the services on Saturday. A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday by Della and Jerry Richert.
