Funeral Services will be held at11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Church Point for Paulina A. Harmon, 82, the former Paulina Ann Arceneaux. Mrs. Harmon, a native and life-long resident of Church Point, died at 11:30 A.M. Monday, August 3, 2009 at Acadia-St. Landry Hospital, Church Point. Monsignor Jefferson J. DeBlanc will conduct the services with interment following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Church Point.

Survivors include four sons: Timothy Harmon and companion Ann Pitre and Gregory Harmon and wife Candace-all of Lafayette, La. and Peter Harmon and wife Rosalind and Al Harmon and wife Carla- all of Church Point and two daughters, Christine Savoie and husband Pat and Paula Broach and husband William-all of Church Point. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Harmon was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Harmon and a brother, Louis Arceneaux.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 5 and continue from 8:00 A.M. Thursday until the time of the services.

A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday.
