Church Point, LA:     Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December, 31, 2025 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA for Norma C. LeJeune, 84, the former Norma Mary Cormier. Mrs. LeJeune, a native and long-time resident of rural St. Landry Parish near Lawtell, La died Wednesday evening, December 24 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Scott, LA. Fr. Brian Harrington, Pastor, will conduct the services with interment following in Mount Calvary Cemetery; Hwy 190, Eunice, LA.

Survivors include a son, Timmy LeJeune and wife Monica of Swords, LA; a daughter-in-law, Carey LeJeune of Ocala, FL; her daughters, Pam Wimberley and husband Dale and Wanda Matte and husband Kevin-all of Church Point; her grandchildren: John Louis, Hailie and Makayla LeJeune, Piper Sullivan, Robby Wimberley, Jessica Marchand and Alec and Annie Matte; her great-grandchildren: Charley, Audrey, Katherine, Kenneth and Evelyn LeJeune, Elizabeth and Tripp Wimberley, Amelia and Greta Marchand and Shelby June Sullivan; two sisters, Paula Deshotel and companion Rocky Cormier of Pitreville, LA and Nettie Overshiner and husband Glenn of Kinder, LA and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John LeJeune, Jr.; her parents, Louis and Eva Mae Thibodeaux Cormier; a son, Kenneth LeJeune; a daughter, Melanie LeJeune and a grandson, Mathew Soileau.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, December 30 and continue from 8:00 AM Wednesday until the time of the services. A recitation of the Rosary will be held there at 6:30 PM Tuesday.

A cafeteria worker for the St. Landry School System for a number of years; Mrs. LeJeune was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Truly loved, she will be missed by all who knew her. Arrangements are being handled by Guidry Funeral Home, Inc.
