Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 3, 2007 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point for "Minnie" Bellard,the former Mildred Beaugh, 79. A native and longtime resident of Church Point, Mrs. Beaugh died at Lady of the Oaks Nursing Home in Lafayette on Monday, July 30. Reverend Richard Wagner, SSJ will officiate at the services. Interment will follow in the Monsignor C.A. Bienvenu Cemetery, Church Point.
Mrs. Bellard is survived by four daughters: Debbie Labbie, Sophie Bellard, Monica Pecoraro & husband Richard, and Kelly Toerner & husband John; three sons: Ricky Bellard & wife Chris, Neal Bellard & wife Jill and Barney Bellard & wife Kathy. She is also survived by three brothers: Harold, Roy and Aaron Beaugh; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne A. Bellard and her sisters, Ruby Segar, Tony Crochet and Bea Beaugh.
Pallbearers will be Jake Boudreaux, Beau Arceneaux, Eric Bellard, Adam Bellard, Alex Bellard, Matthew Bellard, Neal Bellard and Richard Pecoraro.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday and continue on Friday from 8:00 A.M. until the time of services.
Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Thursday by Deacon Jim Cormier.
