Church Point, LA:        A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, La for Mr. Michael Brandon Benoit, 27, who passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in Big Lake, TX. Entombment will take place in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Mausoleum on Hwy 35 north of Church Point.

Michael was a resident of San Angelo, TX. He is survived by his fiancee, Jackie Ridley of San Angelo; his son, Elijah of San Angelo; his father, Randal Benoit and step-mother, Alicia Benoit, of Church Point; his mother, Maria Benoit of Church Point; one sister, Erica B. Murphy and husband Ben of Alexandria, LA; one brother, Eric Benoit and wife Amber of Church Point; a step brother, Yohan Perera and wife Sheba of Sri Lanka; his nieces, Anabelle, Bailey and Scarlet Benoit and Charlotte and Hanna Murphy and his maternal grandmother, Yolanda Diaz. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Freddie and Lucille Benoit.

The family requests that visitation be held at Guidry Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, September 24 with a rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue Wednesday September 25 at 9:00 AM until the time of services at 10:30 AM.
