Church Point, La.
A Memorial Service will be held at a date to be determined by family for Mertie Sue Crush, 69, the former Mertie Sue Harris. Mrs. Crush, a native of Walker, Ala. and currently a resident of Church Point, La., died at 9:00 A.M. Monday, August 27, 2012 at her daughter's residence in Church Point.
Survivors include two brothers, Wayne Harris and wife Mary of Livingston, Tex. and Larry Williams of Magnolia, Tex.; a daughter, Melba Lee See and husband Kirby Cortez of Church Point; a son, Steven Crush of Livingston; an adopted daughter, Susan Easley of Livingston; two sisters, Rita Barnett and husband James and Nita Barnet of Magnolia; two grandchildren, Stephanie Crush and Steven Crush, Jr. and four great-grandchildren: Sarah, Christian, and Trey Crush and Lillian Cortez.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lee Crush.
