Church Point, LA:     A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA for Mary D. Jagneaux, 75, the former Mary Daigle. Mrs. Jagneaux, a native of Lawtell, LA and resident of Church Point, LA, died Wednesday evening, September 4, 2024 at Ochsner Lafayette Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, LA. Fr. Brian Harrington, Pastor of the Church, will conduct the Service; burial will be at a later date. There will be visitation at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point from 10:00 AM Tuesday until the time of the Service.

Survivors include her daughter, Lynn Jagneaux of Church Point; her sons, Johnathan and Christopher Jagneaux of Church Point and James Jagneaux and wife Mindy Richard Jagneaux of Richard LA; her grandchildren: Alayna, Baylee, Madison, Mason, Noah, Sophia, Waylon and Bronson Jagneaux and Ava Darbonne, Alex Venable, Jaci Fruge and Mallory Briscoe and a great-grandchild, Audrey Jagneaux. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lemmie and Curtis Carrier Daigle and her husband, Ivan "Bright" Jagneaux.

Mrs. Jagneaux was a hard-working, family-oriented and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Truly loved, she will be missed by all who knew her.
