Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, La. for Mrs. Lillian Thibodeaux, 88, the former Lillian Pellerin. Mrs. Thibodeaux, a native of Church Point and long-time resident of Lake Charles, La., died at 7:44 A.M. Monday, February 25 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles. Monsignor Jefferson J. DeBlanc will conduct the services with interment following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery adjacent to the Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Robinetta Thibodeaux of Sulphur, La.; a brother, Euel Pellerin of Lake Charles; two sisters, Vivian Daigle of Church Point and Anna Belle Briscoe of West Lake; two grandchildren, Travis Dale Thibodeaux of Coppell, Tex. and John Wilton Thibodeaux, Jr. of West Lake, La.; four great-grandchildren: Kolt Daylee and Kade Dale Thibodeaux of Coppell, Waylon Thibodeaux of Ragley, La, and Eli Thibodeaux of West Lake and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred Thibodeaux; her parents, Louis and Lezida (Smith) Pellerin and a son, John Wilton Thibodeaux, Sr.
The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, March 1 and continue from 8:00 A.M. Saturday until the time of the services. A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Friday.
