Church Point, LA: Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, April 24, 2023 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA for Lacey B. Daigle, 92, the former Lacey Mae Bergeron. Mrs. Daigle, a native and resident of Church Point, died Wednesday evening, April 19 at her residence. Rev. Father Brian Harrington, pastor of the church, will conduct the services with interment following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery adjacent to the church.

Survivors include her daughters: Phyllis Turner and husband Norman of Richard, LA, Charlene Daigle and husband Terry "Tiyo" Daigle of Church Point and Angela Savoy and husband Kavin of Sunset, LA; her sons: Barry Daigle and fianceé Jan of Forest Hill, LA, Archie Daigle and wife Belinda of Church Point, Raymond Daigle, Jr. and wife Elizabeth of Carencro, LA and Patrick Daigle and wife Carla of Ville Platte, LA; thirty grandchildren, fifty-five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Daigle, Sr.; her parents, Alcee and Angela Morvant Bergeron; an infant son, Richard Daigle and a great-grandchild, Philip Doucet, Jr.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home continuously from 4:00 PM Sunday until the time of services on Monday. A recitation of the Rosary will be held there at 7:00 PM Sunday.

The family wishes to thank her caregivers: Sandra LeJeune, Thelma Hebert and Courtney Woodard and the staff of Hope Hospice, especially Jena Miller and Christine Richard . Mrs. Daigle was a hard-working, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Truly loved, she will be missed by all who knew her.
