Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Church Point for Mrs. Keith "Raybu" (Donna) Thibodeaux, 44, the former Donna Polit. Mrs. Thibodeaux, a native of New Orleans, La. and long-time resident of Church Point, died at 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 11 at her residence. Father Brad Guillory will conduct the services with disposition following on a date to be determined by the family.

Survivors include her husband, Keith "Raybu" Thibodeaux of Church Point; two sons, Tony Thibodeaux of Lafayette, La. and Dustin Thibodeaux of Church Point; her mother, Judy Polit of Slidell, La.; a brother, Michael Polit, his wife Cathleen and niece Kaitlin of Slidell and her paternal grandmother, Leah Polit of Heathrow, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Polit, Jr.; her maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Emelda Bachemin Peyroux and her paternal grandfather, Paul Polit, Sr.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 3:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. on Friday, January 14 and continue from 9:00 A.M. Saturday until the time of the services. A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday by Deacon Bryne Winn.

Employed by Apache Oilfield Services as a Purchasing Technician, Mrs. Thibodeaux was a long-time member of the Church Point Booster Club.
