Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point for Kadyn Anthony Esquivel, infant. The infant died at 6:54 A.M. Thursday, March 29, 2012 at a grandparent's residence in rural St. Landry Parish near Church Point. Monsignor Jefferson J. DeBlanc will conduct the services with interment following in the Monsignor Bienvenu Cemetery on Highway 35 north of Church Point.

Survivors include his parents, Tyler Daigle and Christine Esquivel of Church Point; his maternal grandparents, Paul and Pat Esquivel of Church Point; his maternal great-grandmother, Delores Esquivel of Leesville, La.; his paternal grandparents, Donnie and Bridget Daigle of Church Point; his paternal great-grandparents: Linda Daigle of Church Point, Phyllis Crawford of Rayne, La. and Harry Miller of Lafayette, La. and his great-great-grandparent, Bertha Prejean of Crowley, La.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, Aarol Daigle; his great-great-grandfather, Edward Prejean and his maternal great-grandparents, Eddie and Mildred Leger and Pablo Esquivel.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 9:00 A.M. Saturday until the time of the services. A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 1:00 P.M. at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church by Monsignor DeBlanc.
