Church Point, LA:     Memorial funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Guidry Funeral Home for Mr. Joseph Charlot, 65, who passed away at 3:15 PM Saturday, September 11 at Opelousas General Medical Center in Opelousas, LA.

Joe, a resident of Church Point, was the son of the late Mr. Leo Charlot and the former Leverda Landry. He was a hard-working man that everyone in town knew.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Forsythe Charlot of Church Point; his stepdaughter, Tellamecus Forsythe of Arlington, TX; his two sons, Eric and Martin; two sisters, Mary Ann Charlot of Church Point and Marie Hale of San Diego, CA and one brother, Larry Charlot of Midland, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home on Saturday, September 18 from 11:00 AM until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 PM.
