Church Point, LA:     Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, March 31, 2025 at St. Edward Catholic Church in Richard, LA for Jeanette L. Bellard, 68, the former Jeanette Claire LeJeune. Mrs. Bellard, a native of Richard and resident of Church Point, LA, died Friday afternoon, March 28 at her residence. Fr. Korey LaVergne, Pastor of the Church, will conduct the Services with Interment immediately following in the St. Edward Cemetery adjacent to the Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Michele Sonnier and husband Kevin of Branch, LA; her son, Jason Bellard and wife Danielle of Church Point; her grandchildren, Brooke Savoy and husband Zack, Hunter Sonnier and fianceé Madeline and Molly Sonnier; her great-grandchildren, Cohen and Anniston Savoy and a sister, Charlene Castille of Eunice, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Jocelyn Ledoux LeJeune; her husband, Jesse Bellard and her siblings, Grace Jagneaux and Lubert LeJeune.

Visitation will be held at Guidry Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Sunday, March 30 and continue from 8:00 AM Monday until time of the Services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Sunday by Deacon Byrne Winn.

A homemaker for a number of years; Mrs. Bellard was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Truly loved, she will be missed by all who knew her. Arrangements are being handled by Guidry Funeral Home, Inc.; 219 N. Broadway, Church Point, LA (337) 684-5488.
