Church Point, LA:     Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 2, 2019 at the St. Edward Catholic Church in Richard, LA for Ian Kyle Miller, 32. Mr. Miller, a native and long-time resident of rural Acadia Parish near Richard and Branch, LA, died Wednesday, November 27 at his residence. Father Mitchell Guidry will conduct the services with interment following in the St. Edward Cemetery adjacent to the Church.

Survivors include his parents, Randy and Dolories Cormier Miller of Richard, LA; his wife, Jena Duckworth Miller of Branch; a son, Mason Miller of Branch; his maternal grandmother, Bernadine Blanchard and husband Richard of Church Point; a Godchild, Ryan Doucet; his brothers, Dustin Miller and wife Melanie of Baton Rouge, LA and Jeremy Miller and wife Brittni and Hayden Miller-all of Church Point and two sisters, Chrissie Ray and husband Ronnie Ray, Jr. of Church Point and Lauren Guidry and husband Andre Guidry of Branch. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Huey Cormier and his paternal grandparents, Burton and Henrietta Guidry Miller. The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 1 and continue from 8:00 A.M. Monday until the time of the services. A recitation of the Rosary will be held there at 7:00 P.M. Sunday by Father Guidry. A "free spirit" who loved to travel with his wife and work in his yard, Mr. Miller was always willing to lend a helping hand.
