Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at St. Edmund Catholic Church; Branch, La. for Haven Bleyre Shultz,16, and her newborn daughter, Ahni Brielle Schultz. Both died at 12:15 A.M. Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Lafayette General Regional Medical Center; Lafayette, La. A student at Church Point High School, Ms. Schultz was a life-long resident of Church Point. Father Kevin Bordelon will conduct the services with interment following in the St. Edmund Catholic Cemetery, Branch.

Survivors include her father, Brian Schultz of Branch, La.; her mother, Phyllis Doucet Schultz of Church Point; a brother, Brandt Colby Schultz of Lafayette, La.; her paternal grandparents, John and Cora Schultz of Branch and her paternal great-grandparents, Elzie and Marjorie Cormier of Eunice, La.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Houston "Black" and Hazel Doucet.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed beginning 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 29 and continuing without interruption until the time of the services on Tuesday.

A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday by Deacon Jim Cormier.
