Church Point, LA: Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, LA for Mrs. Estelle Comeaux, 90, who passed away at 9:55 AM on Thursday, December 7 at her daughter's residence in Pierre Part, LA.
Fr. David Rozas, Associate Pastor of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, will conduct the funeral services with burial in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery adjacent to the church.
Mrs. Comeaux, a life-long resident of Church Point, was the daughter of the late Leaus Matte and the former Eva Jagneaux. She is survived by one daughter, Glenda Moll and husband Herschel of Pierre Part, LA; Three granddaughters, Cheralyn Moll, Deanna Moll-Landry and husband Donald and Patti Medine and husband John-all of Pierre Part and six great-grandchildren, Lindsey and Tristan Breaux, Annie and Charlie Landry and Kesleigh and Keagan Medine. She was preceded in death by parents and her husband, Augustine Comeaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 10:00 AM until the time of services. A rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 1:30 PM Monday afternoon prior to the funeral services .
