Church Point, LA:    Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, November 15, 2024 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, LA for Mrs. Eldine L. LeJeune, 90, who passed away at 12:56 AM Tuesday, November 12 at Acadia-St. Landry Guest Home. Rev. Berl Adams, Pastor of First Baptist Church, will conduct the Funeral Services with Burial following in the First Baptist Cemetery on Hwy 35.

Eldine, a life-long resident of Church Point, was the daughter of the late Mr. Leus Labbie and the former Lowena  Miller. A loving wife, mother and grandmother; she loved sewing, camping and any gathering where her family was surrounding her.

She is survived by two sons, Garry LeJeune and wife Ramona and Keith LeJeune and wife Cathy Jo-all of Church Point; her grandchildren: Gary Lynn, Nicholas and companion Teri, Todd LeJeune, Samantha Adams and husband David and Rebecca Ducote and husband Leroy; nine great-grandchildren; her sisters, Jeanie Odom, Betty Tarkington and Charlene Pastorchik and her brothers, Charles and Houston Labbie. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gelton LeJeune; her sisters, Lena Labbie, Amy Jeanise and Esamay Lagrange and a brother, Livingston Labbie.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home on Thursday, November 14, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Friday from 8:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service.
