Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday May 30,2007 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, La. For Effie Doucet Boudreaux,87, who died on Tuesday May 29, 2007 at 2:40 A.M. at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, La.
Father Blair Lope- Sabaricos will conduct the services.

Survivors include : a son, Winston Boudreaux, and wife Betty of Church Point La.; two brothers: Edmund Doucet of Walker,La., and John Hilton Doucet of Marrero, La.; four grandchildren: Troy and Brian Taylor, Shannon Boudreaux Hamilton and Jack P. Boudreaux- all of Church Point, La.; eleven great- grandchildren: Jeremy and Corey Hanks of Orange, Tx.; and Tanya Hanks Russell, Joshua O., Ryan S., Daniel L., and Jessica H. Taylor, Lana D. and Leah M. Hamilton, Peyton J. and Courtney Boudreaux- all of Church Point, La.; two great-great grandchildren: Zachary Hanks and Caitlin Hanks Russell.
The deceased was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Boudreaux; a son, Glenn Boudreaux; a daughter, Marjorie Boudreaux; a brother, John Z. Doucet; and her parents, Laurent E. Doucet and Theophine LeBoeuf.
The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 4:00 P. M. until 9:00 P. M. on Tuesday and continue on Wednesday from 8:00 A. M. until time of services.

Rosary will be recited on Tuesday at 7:00 P.M. by Deacon Bryne Winn.
Interment will be in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetary on Highway 35.
