Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 13, 2012 at St. Edward Catholic Church in Richard, La. for Mrs. Eddie Boutin, Jr., 52, the former Judy Ann Breaux. Mrs. Boutin, a native and long-time resident of Richard, died at 6:03 P.M. Monday, September 10 at Opelousas General Hospital in Opelousas, La. Monsignor Jefferson J. DeBlanc will conduct the services with interment following in the St. Edward Cemetery adjacent to the church.

Survivors include her husband, Eddie Boutin, Jr. of Richard; five brothers: Leo, Louis Breaux, Jr. and Charles Ricky Breaux-all of Richard, James Ronald Breaux of Duson, La. and John Donald Breaux of Lafayette, La. and a sister, Kathy Marie Guidry of Lafayette.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis "Blue" and Rosa Mae (Guillory) Breaux, Sr.; a brother, Joseph Delton Breaux and a sister, Lena Mae Bourque.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 12 and continue from 8:00 A.M. Thursday until the time of the services. A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday by Louis Breaux, Jr.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Dale, Charles Louis, Lance Scott, Louis, Jr., Charles R. and Dalton James Breaux. Honorary pallbearers will be Peter and Tanner Fontenot.
