Church Point, La. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, La. for Dianne Miller, 69, who passed away on Monday morning, June 15, 2015 at her residence.
Msgr. Jefferson Deblanc, Pastor of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, will conduct the funeral services with entombment following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Mausoleum on Hwy 35 north of Church Point.

Dianne, a long-time resident of rural St. Landry Parish, was the daughter of the late Jessie Richard and the former Mary Lou Richard.
She is survived by two sons, Joey Miller of Sunset, LA and Brian Miller and wife Blair of Sunset; one sister, Jeanette Boudreaux and husband Hubert of Opelousas, LA; and one brother, Bobby Richard and wife Norma of Sunset.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ronald Miller. The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 17 and continuing uninterrupted until the time of services. A Rosary will be recited there at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Joey and Brian Miller, Michael and Dennis Boudreaux, Hubert Boudreaux, Randy Richard, Chad Carlisle, Terry Bearb and Troy Savoy. Lectors will be Blair Miller and Lynn Pitre.
A devout person whose faith was very important to her, Mrs. Miller loved reading and listening to music and she loved her dog, Ziggy.
