Church Point, LA:   Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, LA for Mr. Darrin Hollis Janise, 51, who passed away at 9:50 PM on Friday, June 28 at his residence. Rev. Rick Hardwick, Executive Pastor of Church Point Pentecostal Church, will conduct the funeral services with burial following in First Baptist Cemetery on Hwy 35 North of Church Point.

Darrin, a resident of Church Point, was the son of the late John "Bob" Janise and the former Janell Boudreaux. He loved the outdoors where he hunted, fished and crawfished. A beloved son, father and grandfather, he will be dearly missed by all that had a chance to know him.
He is survived by two sons, Joshua Janise and Tony Jacobs-both of Denham Springs, LA; his mother, Janell B. Janise of Church Point; three grand daughters, Jeanne Janise, Charlie Janise and Kaylee Jacobs; one sister, Tammy Janise of Denham Springs and his beloved dog, Angel. He was preceded in death by his father, John "Bob" Janise.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home on Sunday, June 30 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 PM.
