Church Point, LA:         A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, LA for Damon Dale Daigle, Sr., 48. Mr. Daigle, a native and long-time resident of Church Point, passed away Sunday evening, January 16 at his residence. Deacon Byrne Winn will conduct the service and disposition will be determined by family.

He is survived by his fiancée, Nicole Trahan of Church Point; his son, Damon "DJ" Daigle, Jr. and wife Taylor of Eunice, LA; a daughter, Adrianna Gallow and husband Tyler of Eunice; two stepsons, Peyton and Ayden Breaux of Church Point; a stepdaughter, Natalie Breaux and fiance, Jared Stelly of Duson, LA; his brothers: Donnie Daigle and wife Bridget, Dexter Daigle and wife Amy, Donovon Daigle and companion Victoria, Dillon Daigle and wife Amber, Derrick Daigle and Dirk Daigle-all of Church Point; his sisters: Donna Daigle and fiance Toby of Arnaudville, LA, Dawn Daigle and fiance Lance of Rayne, La, Delana Ashbaugh and husband "CJ" of Arnaudville and Desiree Latiolais and husband Derek of Church Point and his grandchildren: Aarol, Dawson, and Lydia Daigle; Emmett Gallow and Ava Stelly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aarol and Linda Benoit Daigle and a baby sister, Dedria Ann Daigle.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home from 9:00 AM Thursday until the time of services. A rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 12:30 PM Thursday by Deacon Winn. A family-oriented, loving father and grandparent, Mr. Daigle will truly be missed by his extended family and friends. Guidry Funeral Home, 219 N. Broadway St., Church Point, LA is in charge of final arrangements.
