Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, La. for Dale Anna Marie Carriere, 65, the former Dale Anna Marie Thibodeaux. Mrs. Carriere, a native of Church Point and long-time resident of Marrero, La., died at 5:40 P.M. Wednesday, May 7 at West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero. Monsignor Jefferson J. DeBlanc will conduct the services with interment following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Highway 35 north of Church Point.

Survivors include her husband, Herman Carriere of Marrero; a son, Anthony "Tony" Carrier and wife Sherrie of Marrero; a brother, Vial Thibodeaux, Jr. of Church Point and two grandchildren, Chloe Merry and Seth Laurent Carrier.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vial Thibodeaux, Sr. and Anna Louise Guidry Thibodeaux and a sister-in-law, Patricia Thibodeaux.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the services on Saturday. A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 11:00 A.M. by Monsignor DeBlanc.
