Church Point, La. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, August 31, 2015 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, LA for Coralie Royer, 96, who passed away at 10:45 AM Saturday, August 29 at St. Landry Extended Care Hospital in Opelousas, La.

Deacon Byrne Winn will conduct the funeral services with burial immediately following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery adjacent to the church.

Coralie, a native of Beaumont, TX and a long-time resident of Church Point, was the daughter of the late Terrance Foux and the former Elvina Vienne.
She is survived by one brother, George Foux of Baton Rouge, LA; two nieces, Kathleen Hopkins of Lafayette, LA and Sandra Guidry and husband Curtis of Branch, LA; two nephews, Carl Royer and wife Patricia of Beaumont and James Royer and wife Shirley of Orange, TX and one great niece, Tammy Royer of Fayetteville, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence Royer and one sister, Genevieve Foux.
The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Guidry Funeral Home on Monday, August 31 from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
