Church Point, LA: A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, LA for Catherina "Becky" Gorman, 68, the former Catherina Rebecca Thibodeaux. Ms. Gorman, a native of Church Point and resident of Eunice, LA, died Saturday afternoon, September 5 at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, LA. Visitation will be held at Guidry Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until the time of the Service. Deacon Byrne Winn will conduct the Service.

Survivors include her children, Teri Domingue and husband Dwayne of Lafayette and Lance Landry of Youngsville, LA; Her grandchildren: Paitin, Tailor, and Leigha and Emma and Jake Landry; her sisters: Blanche Kadair-Carr  of Houston, TX, Della Higginbotham of Lafayette, LA, Elizabeth Webb and husband Herman of Labadieville, LA, Jennifer Landers and husband Mikel of Phoenix, AZ, Lisa Drapela and husband Michael of Kansas City, MO, Louella Higginbotham of Church Point, Mary Evelyn Thibodeaux of Breaux Bridge, LA and Melanie Simon and husband James and Paula Carriere and husband Ronald-all of Lafayette and a brother, Tillman Thibodeaux of Napoleonville, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Nelson and Theresa Sonnier Thibodeaux; a grandson, Kadin; 2 brothers, William and Steven Thibodeaux and a sister, Debbie Webb.

An employee of Manuel Cleaners in Eunice for a number of years; Ms. Gorman was a loving mother, grandmother and sibling. Truly loved, she will be missed by her extended family and all who knew her.
