Carl Anthony
Boudreaux
August 22, 1956 – July 23, 2021
From 2 Timothy 4:7 "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Carl Anthony Boudreaux was born on Wednesday, August 22, 1956, in Kinder, LA. He grew up in Lake Charles, LA, but spent most of his life in Central, LA. Those that knew him best knew he loved fast cars, music, outdoor cooking, and his family. He had a witty sense of humor and loved to watch his grandchildren laugh and play. He retired December 31, 2016 after 36 years of service with ExxonMobil and moved to Church Point shortly thereafter with his wife of 41 years, Robin Morales Boudreaux. He was able to live out his retirement dream of tractor riding on his 13 acres. Along with his loving wife, he is survived by his three daughters: Danielle Corkran (Keith) of Lake Charles, LA, Monique Serrette (Josh) of Breaux Bridge, LA and Jessica Wininger (Brandon) of Youngsville, LA; seven grandchildren: Trey, Lathan and Calen Corkran, Joni and Jase Serrette and Callie and Camille Wininger; four sisters: Eldine Boudreaux, Linda Morgan (Jimmy), and Glenda Boudreaux-all of Baton Rouge, LA and Drusilla Boudreaux of Prairieville, LA and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws that he loved very much. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Lula Savoy Boudreaux; four brothers: Jack Lester Boudreaux, Hendrick Adam Boudreaux, Joseph Glenn Boudreaux and Floyd Moise Boudreaux and two sisters, Theresa Bertina Brady and Loretta Ann Jagneaux.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 26, 2021 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA for Mr. Boudreaux, 64, who passed away Friday afternoon, July 23 at his residence. Entombment will be in the Monsignor Bienvenu Mausoleum on Hwy 35 north of Church Point. The family will receive visitors at Guidry Funeral Home on Sunday, July 25th from 5-9 PM. Visitation will resume Monday from 8:00 AM until the time of services. Carrying him to his final resting place will be Trey and Keith Corkran, Brandon Wininger, Jimmy Morgan, Claude Morales Jr. and Steven Brady. Honorary pallbearers are Dale Morgan and Lathan and Calen Corkran. Guidry Funeral Home, 219 N. Broadway St., Church Point, LA is in charge of final arrangements.
