Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 21, 2014 at Guidry Funeral Home in Church Point, La. for Bernadine Bourque, 71, the former Bernadine Francis Fuselier. Mrs. Bourque, a native of Basile, La. and currently a resident of Senior Village Nursing Home in Opelousas, La., died at 2:35 A.M. Monday, November17 at Opelousas General Hospital. Father Stephen Ugwu will conduct the services with interment following in the Mount Calvary Cemetery on Highway 190 east of Eunice, La.

Survivors include two daughters, Renee Martin and husband Jimmy of Raleigh, North Carolina and Jennifer Knippers of Opelousas and three grandchildren, Trey, Megan and Ryan Martin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Bourque and her parents, Jules and Anna Deshotel Fuselier.

The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 A.M. Friday until the time of the services. A recitation of the Rosary will be held at 12:30 P.M. by Deacon Bryne Winn.
