Sulphur, LA: Berlin J. Doucet, 82, died Monday, June 18, 2018, in his residence. He was a native of Church Point, LA and had been a resident of Sulphur, LA for the last 65 years. Berlin was a member of Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church there. He enjoyed cutting grass on his tractor and hard work.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Doucet of Sulphur; his children, Libby Havens of Vinton, La, Marti Doucet of Westlake, LA, Sandra Doucet of Sulphur, Damon Doucet of Chicago, IL, and Sonda Doucet of Alabama; his sisters, Bernadine Fusilier of Sulphur, Betty Pine of Sulphur, Joyce Bailey of Moss Bluff, La, and Shirley Bullock and husband, Malton of Branch, LA; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, James Doucet and a brother, Gilford Doucet.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 in St. Edmund Chapel in Branch. Burial will be in the St. Edmund Catholic Cemetery adjacent to the church.
