Church Point, LA:     Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, June 28, 2024 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA for Ah'nyst Haven Pitre, 18 Months. A native and resident of Acadia Parish near Branch, LA, she died Friday evening, June 21 at Children's Hospital in New Orleans, LA after an illness of several months. Fr. Michael Vidrine, Parochial Vicar of the Church, will conduct the Services with Interment immediately following in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Hwy 35 north of Church Point.

Survivors include her mother, Heather Pitre and her grandmother, Germaine Boudreaux-both of Branch and her brothers, Brexley Trahan and Kaythan, Tyceson and Tidus Pitre-all of Branch.

Visitation will be held at Guidry Funeral Home from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 27 and continue from 8:00 AM Friday until the time of Services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM Thursday by Deacon Byrne Winn.

Her life cut short by illness; Ah'nyst Pitre was truly loved and will surely be mourned by her family and all who came to know her. Arrangements are being handled by Guidry Funeral Home, Inc.; 219 N. Broadway, Church Point, LA.
